Hey! so I'm kind of new to this website and I have a question. did any one else experience a crash in their "device" when a very important frog was just about to hatch. just curious!!!

I'm an admin to this site and I have moved this post from the trading board to the troubleshooting section.
As for your problem, I myself never had a crash when a important frog was about to hatch. If noone can help you here, you could try to contact support to tell them about your problem.
